Risk

The Risk engine runs one shard per user partition. Each shard holds positions and margin for its users in RAM, performs pre-trade margin checks on every inbound order, and updates positions on every fill. It also runs liquidation rounds, funding settlements, and persists state to Postgres with a 10ms write-behind flush.

CPU omitted — busy-spin tiles peg 100% by design (healthy).
